The journey toward fulfillment is as unique and individual as the person who embarks on the voyage. Some want to find peace, some justice, others happiness and satisfaction, but whatever the end goal, the process includes a healthy dose of self-awareness.

Here at One Year of Letters, each of us seeks to understand the automaticity of our thoughts. We strive to dismantle our perceptions, question our beliefs, and let go of the things that prohibit us from seeking the next leg of our journey.

Whether one is working to make ends meet or sitting in the lap of luxury, each of us feels the tugging of our souls, an emptiness in our spirit that longs to be filled. Follow us on our journey as we challenge the status quo, force ourselves to dismantle our thoughts, words and actions, and then rebuild on a foundation of our choosing. This journey is not for the meek. It is for those willing to open themselves up to the universe, ride the currents of energy, let go of self, and find the thread of humanity that binds us all.
